ABOUT

Maria Asadov is a Cosmoenergy practitioner and teacher who acquired her Magister of Cosmoenergy certification at the Classical Cosmoenergy School by Emil Bagirov under the supervision of her teacher Tetyana Zinchenko. The Classical Cosmoenergy School by Emil Bagirov is part of the International Classic Cosmoenergy Federation.

Maria has extensive experience healing and teaching the method of Cosmoenergy to people of different ages from all walks of life – students, teachers, business owners, artists, etc. She strives to provide her clients with the best treatment and training in the field of Cosmoenergy, motivating them to achieve the optimal balance between their body, breath, and mind and to unlock their true potential.

Maria is also a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, RPYT) who began practicing yoga and meditation more than ten years ago. She has since explored the traditions of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Kriya yoga in Russia and the US. She also traveled to India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet to further her studies. Using her extensive healing and teaching experience, Maria teaches her yoga classes fusing the traditional eight-limb Hatha yoga practice and her knowledge of the physical and subtle body energetics leading her students to a transformational yogic experience.

In her spare time, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing, traveling, and exploring the world.
